As most of you know our annual frag swap is coming up in less then three weeks. This is event is the main way the club brings in funds to support all of the benefits we are able to pass on the members (free access to tools, admission into the frag swap, raffles at events, etc.) I am in need of volunteers to help ensure the event is a success. We will need volunteers for set up, help during the actual event itself, and then tear down and clean up after the event. The actual event itself is from Noon to 4 on the 20th. It is possible that we will be able to get access into the venue the night before later in the evening but no guarantee so as of now the plan is to set up Saturday Morning starting around 8 AM. Cleanup will be after 4 PM when the event ends. More specifics will be released once we get closer to the event. If you can help please reply below so I can compile a list

WILL WORK FOR FRAGS! Lol
I should be able to help with tear down if needed.

Thank you for stepping up. I will for sure need at least two people that are willing to work the door during the actual event. They will take money, hand out goodie bags, etc. It does not have to be a member necessarily. If member's spouses are willing to help that would be great too.

Thank you for everyone that has stepped up. There is a good chance we may be able to get in on the Friday evening before the Swap now. Is anyone available to come the evening before if we can get access to help set up? Probably 6 to 8 PM ish.

Not 100% sure but I will try. So we will be able to set our tanks up and leave them overnight?

:-Update
Attention Set Up Volunteers.
We will be able to get access to the facility the night before the swap (Friday Oct. 19th). Our plans are to set up starting at 6 PM and then let the vendors start setting up from 7-9PM. If you originally said that you could help out with set up in the morning or now can help out with the new date and time change please let me know. We will be setting up tables and chairs, moving raffle supplies in, hanging signs, helping vendors that want early access etc.
All volunteers with get 5 Raffle tickets as an extra thank you for helping.
