Just thought I should comment, that it appears that pet solutions has changed their shipping to Fedex, from UPS?!

Not that it's huge or even their fault, but this most recent order was a 2 day shipment, as fedex sent the package from the Vandalia sort facility to Grove City, back to Vandalia for delivery... This ate up an extra day, So it would seem next day delivery that makes them alluring to some may be no longer as it appears Fedex is sorting weird and wasting energy. I have had this happen a few other times on other items shipped locally using fedex.

The products were still all packed very well, and as always great service and pricing, Just some may want to take this into consideration on time sensitive materials...

I avoid Fedex when ever possible. I have has several bad experiences with them. I even watched an item shipped thru them sit for 4 days @ a place, then shipped it 100 miles in the wrong direction before it finally got to me. Usps is faster most of the time.

They have shipped from Columbus to Vandalia to Grove City to Dayton to Huber Hts on an order of mine.  More Than Once!

They do not allow pickup at their warehouse

I actually ordered afew things from them last night since none of the local stores had what I need.  Premium aquatics and aquarium specialty is where I usually get my stuff from but neither had what I needed. 

Just got FedEx info but no word on where the package is yet, kinda funny how it will probably take longer to get this stuff vs ordering from premium aquatics......

And yes my PA order was here same day as my Pet solutions despite the fact I ordered PA a day later and they are farther away.

They have used Fedex for a while......I only order salt from them, when they have shipping deals.

I talked to a rep. and ask if they were aware of the fed x loop and they said they were but that it was the cheapest rate and that is why it is that way. Live orders do not go that route.

I am sure they just negotiate a price with fed ex and nothing they can do about it.

I will just continue to support premium aquatics and aquarium specialty for stuff.  Both ship much quicker vs pet solutions
