I found this anemone in my sump last night! Thinking its a GBTA but the color is wrong. He's more of a bright green and flouresces under the actinics.

Looks like a bleached out pinked tipped GBTA.

if it was in your sump, I will agree it looks like a GBT that hasn't had much light

I was wondering if that wasn't the case, bleached. Looking closer today he does have small bubbles.

I had a fairly large GBTA that disappeared. Then one day I saw a small one reappear. Apparently it split and the second one ended up in the sump somehow. I'm surprised it survived down there for so long.

Will he be able to regenerate the zooxanthellae?

It already has a green tint and the pink tips, so yes, it will just take a little time.

You need to get that one under some light. Then you can have 3 cool looking bta.

He's in my main tank now.
