Title: Those with ocean revive lights
Post by: Amstar on January 09, 2021, 17:01:56
Running two of them on my 40 breeder.  Only at 35 blue and 5 white.  How much and how often did you turn up your blues and whites?

You’ll want to rent the PAR meter. I bet those work awesome over a 40b.

It really would depend on your height above the water and what you’re planning to put in it. For SPS, that would definitely be too low.

I will have to see how high the lights are from the water level when I get home.  I am just using the leg mounts that came with them.  Agree not enough for sps - looking to slowly start turning them up maybe 2-5 -at a time - go to 37-40 then see how they look and continue from there

They are about 7” from the waters surface and about 21” from the sand bed

Right side of the tank (blue and white lights on)
