Verdict on $10 MH bulbs?

Did anyone order bulbs a while back from the company that had them for $10-14 ea?  I need to replace some of my 250w MH bulbs & would rather go the cheap route vs $50-100 at other retailers.

I want to try the 400 watt bulbs.  I'll be placing an order soon.  Anyone else want to go in to save on shipping?
