how should i start with the shrimp does it need special  care?

I have one, it likes to hide so provide places for it to do so and it will come out to feed when theres food floating in the water or on the ground.

do you know any main fish to advoid

there are several out there, my mind is drawing a blank at the moment but i know some triggers (or all) some wrasses, eels, etc, that eat crustacians should be avoided. one good way to know is to do some searching online at like liveaquaria and such and usually they will have on there what they eat.
