For those who buy their GFO from Bulk Reef Supply, which version do you use? Granular, pellets or the HC (high capacity).

I use the pellets. They are really small pellets at that. Not like a carbon pellet. I can only imagine what the granular looks like - probably like coffee grinds.

I was just looking at that and they said that the pellets removed more than the granules. They both cost the same amount.
Thus I decided on the pellets.

I've used both. I used the granules first then switched to the pellets. Honestly, I had to stare at it for a few seconds before I realized the difference. They're itty bitty!

I use the pellets also I would like to try the high capacity suff but didn't want to pay the price for it.

I have granular now, but will change to pellets. The granular is a pain to rinse.

pellets seem to last alot longer. so they should be a deal. also the granular is
a pain to rinse as stated above.
