Full tank shot of my reef at 2 months old [8/4/09]. All corals in my reef started out as small frags (most are still small). No actinic lighting, just 14k halide bulbs. The rock work in this system is limited by design to allow lots of room for the corals to grow out in all directions.

Brian, did you ever consider adding a booster pump to your RO/DI unit? I average around  58 PSI water pressure straight from the tap in my basement.

Almost 60PSI water pressure. Man wish I had that kind of pressure here. 43PSI at best

I have considered it but a couple of other items are still ahead of that purchase just yet.  ;) If I do get one it will be for the whole house on incoming water supply.

Do you have a pressure regulator where it comes in your house mine did and I cranked it up some so my filter would work better. I'm over 65 psi now it was like yours in the mid 40's.

Tim, I have a request.  Can I get a close up of your Garf Purple Bonsai?  I'll post a pic of the coral that I have, I believe that I was given mine in error and want to confirm.

Also, how are these frags doing?

New addition LE frags from Tyree, Atlantis, Copps, Garf, Mike Paletta, and ORA Chips and Red Planet

Very nice colors on those corals Tim.  They will look great when they are grown out and fill the tank.

Its pictures like that which make me want to do sps instead of softies.
Nice looking corals. I want some of those orange tip and blueberry like ones.

The reef looks great now but I know what you mean...it will look amazing once the corals start to fill out. Thanks for the compliments, Steve!

Ray, I understand your stick fix. My reef is 100% SPS. Addicted to the colored sticks. Whenever you are ready, those orange tip and blueberry like frags can be in your reef as well.

Thanks, Travis!  I should be able to ID your coral. Feel free to post it or you can send me a picture via pm.

I would like to make that happen tomorrow but money wont allow it. Still trying to catch up from the week that Vivian spent in hospital. But maybe next month ;D
