August 23th Meeting

We could just combine the August & September drawings for Gift Certificates together and pass them out at the September meeting to give more members a chance to win since we are expecting a large turnout. I have 18 RSVPs  already and the meeting is still a month away.

How about a meeting at 3pm at BW3's in Beavercreek?  Anyone have a better idea?  I'd rather not have another combined meeting.  We seem to be increasing the number of those...I'd like to try to only have those in Nov/Dec with the holidays.  There's always next weekend too.

Actually we have been decreasing the combined meetings.  Only one so far this year as lots of people have stepped up to host a meeting - good job!  I'd recommend skipping anything tomorrow and reschedule later in the week to give people time to commit or doing a combined meeting at Tim's on Sept 19th.

I'm glad that got taken care of so quickly, I really felt terrible for it being so late in the month as far as rescheduling it goes.
