So the wife wanted a tank...
« on: September 28, 2009, 21:26:01 »
So the wife wanted a tank. So the 55G Ciclid tank is now a marine tank. She wants softies. So I doubt the Halides will stay. And yes, I am aware they fixture is sitting on Crayon boxes. Just a test fit lol.

Hers on the left, mine on the right.

Nice little pink and blue hue in the pic for the "his and hers"
75G Mixed Reef w/ 30G sump/refuge

Electrical Engineers do it on impulse, with faster rise times, with more power, and less resistance at higher frequencies, without shorts, until it Hertz

I just noticed that.

Managed to get two 10G tanks under the stand for a sump, and fuge. Hopefully this works out well.

The pink and blue is a neat touch. You going to give her your softies and dedicate your tank to hard corals?

Yea. She seen a Sinularia she just had to have. I told her not in my tank full of SPS. But it came home with us anyways.

So I am giving her all the Zoas, some of my LPS. I'm only going to keep the nice Zoas that are growing well in my tank.

I'm focusing on SPS and LPS only. Looking for more Blastomusa, Chalice, and Acans.

Next will be a frag tank. I have a small rack in mine, and I hate it.

I can get a full shot later. Its a mess though, lots of rearanging.

The pink and blue was an accident. The dining room is a burgandy color. So her 10K' Halides, no actinics make it look a little pink. And my 500 watts of 14K halides, with actinics is very blue in comparison.

Going to Lowes in an hour or so to get the rest of the plumbing stuff.

Very nice!  Is that a frag shelf stuck to the glass in the back?

Sadly yes. I give alot away. Grows too fast. I need a dedicated frag tank, but not until I can plumb it into the main displays system.

Well heck, you have a 55g right there. Plumb it to your DT and let your wife believe its hers when really its your frag tank in disguise.
