As most of you know my latest passion is Anemones. I saw this Condy Anemone on Live Aquaria yesterday and had to have it! Can't wait for it to come next week. Anyone ever seen anything like this before? All my anemones are Bubble Tips so if you have any experience with Condy Anemone's and have tips such as lighting flow let me know.

Looks like it may have a anemone crab in it, if so hope it comes with it!

Been doing a small amount of research on rock and maxi-mini anemone's. Thinking about putting a few in my refugium with some sexy, anemone shrimp, maybe some porclian filter feeder crabs and blue spotted.

Any input???

I have one maxi mini type that has split into four on it's own. They are really hardy and easy to keep. Can take low to high lighting and low to high flow. Unlike other types of anemones they don't seem to sting anything. You can't go wrong with them Pete. I highly recommend.

Just the positive reinforcement I was looking for! Thanks Lazy

Bummer brian, That guy looks good... Is it me or is this very similar to a rock anemone(mojano)... I like the look the of the mojanos, but the fact they spread so easily is a turn off... Is this guy from that family or something?

It does look similar. They aren't asexual and only mate once year. They are much large and can get up to 16" in the ocean and 4" in the aquaria.

To bad I will never likely have one. Never seen one like that in all my years, usually they are white or have a light shade of purple. That was a really intense color. They probably decided it was to nice to sell
