I love the build, Lazy.

Just wondering..how much did that mini plunge router(you used to cut the openings in the stand) cost?

Not much has happened over the last 3 weeks. Waiting for the cycle to happen but to much water and to little pollution, it is going slow. Need to stick some hardy fish in the tank to get things going.

I did build a little station to do water test and fraging. It is a counter top from Lowes which are relatively inexpensive, added a few drawers and 2x4's for support.

In this pic you can see all the PVC was replaced with Vinyl tubing due to the noise issue. Also added the T5's. Thanks to illnino

Next Steps:
-Install ATO
-Bring QT online and start moving corals in
-Drain Main Display Tank, Level and Refill  :-Curse
-Send new Koralia I bought at Frag Swap for repair.  It runs backwards.  :angry4:

I have noticed my evos doing that randomly now that I have them on a wavemaker. Anyone heard of systemic issues?

Yes it is a 12v Koralia #8 on a Koralia Waver Maker. The other one is fine, I have taken it apart and swapped propellers with the good one but no luck.

+1. I just dealt with Koralia recently. They sent a new piece that locks the propeller shaft in place.
