Kenya tree don't laugh lol

Don't know a whole lot about the kenya tree.  Mine is starting to turn grey at the base.  I haven't had it that long, its about 3.5" maybe. does it do that when its about to drop branches or is this normal for it to do?

Yeh they are kinda neat, but u have to stay on them or they spread like poison ivy

i don't mind too much about that since that side of my tank is kinda naked other then a GBT

the leather i have is kinda like a grey cream color but im cuting mine out this weekend

i thought about cutting off a couple of branches. the rest of it looks really good, just the very base is turning grey

can i just use scissors and cut it in the water, or should i use a razor blade.  i've never fragged anything before. i also have a sinluaria i should prolly cut too

u can do both try the scissors first

If you frag it in tank make sure you are running carbon. Leathers put off a lot of slime when you frag them
