Don't always believe what you hear/see. This type of macro algae is slow growing and will not take over your tank based on personal experience. And if you add a tang to the system, you will not see it at all.

I have some of that (Neomeris Algae) growing in a tank I service. It has been pretty slow growing for me. I also have a scopas tang in the tank that might be keeping it in check.

Tank is looking great Mr. Vista, thanks for sharing the pictures.
