Well, since no one volunteered to host for March we'll do it at a restaurant or something. We have done BWW and fox & hound in the past. Post up a proposed location and number of folks you are bringing. I think either beavercreek or huber is more central to everyone?
You can vote for up to 4 options on the poll, so vote for ALL the dates you are free. Probably be around 2-3ish start time?

Why will the meeting be held at a restaurant and not at a members house?? Is there not anyone here dedicated enough to step up and host a meet for the club? short notice and all.

I'm dying to host but as we're still living with my parents and my mother is... defensive about her space. I'm still out until I'm employed.

I don't think dedication is the issue, club meeting are getting pretty large and not everyone can house that many people.

How many people usually are at the meetings?

Varies, the December meeting had quite a few, 20-25. Last meeting had a dozen or so. A meeting at a restaurant would help new members feel more comfortable.

I am hoping to have it back up and ready for new frags by the middle of april. Thats when I had planned on my meeting but It looks like I won't be hosting that meeting now. I will have to wait and see what happens.

it's still open for someone to step up and host if they wish. I don't consider it short notice. The march meeting has been vacant all along and I bumped the thread several times weeks ago

Bump! only 11 people voting? How does BWW in Huber sound? Do we want it to be around 1pm for lunch or around 3pm for just drinks, so people can save money and eat at home?

3pm would be better. Christy is working 7pm on Saturday night till 7am Sundday morning, and will need a couple of hours of sleep in order to attend.

I called BWW today and they dont do reservations. Anywhere we go will be loud and busy because of march madness. Any ideas closer to the Huber area? If I dont get any suggestions I will call marions in englewood tomorrow morning and have a firm location by tomorrow afternoon. As we voted, plan on meeting being sunday at 3pm. Just not a firm location yet, but it will be in the huber/ 75@70 area.

not sure how packed they will be but what about Chipotles in Huber? Just throwing out some ideas.

If we don't want to try and sit togeather chiplotle is cool. Although we would take up a good chunck of their store and at 3pm I don't see alot of folks eating. That would be a little weird

Just throwing out options that might not be too busy with March madness;
In HH there is TGiFridays next to BW3s, or the O'Carlies on miller lane.
If we want to go down to Beavercreek, there is the outside seating at City BBQ, or Quaker Steak might work (I don’t think they have a ton of TVs so they might not be too busy)
Any other ideas?
