I will take April.

Place: Kyle park Tipp City oh
Time/date: April 17th @ 4:00pm

Once in the park turn right at the first stop sign and its the small shelter on the left
Maybe someone can bring a grill and we can have a spring cookout.

No problem. To anyone that has not been to this park they have a pond, soccer fields, playground equipment, and dogs are welcome on a leash. I think there is some kind of golf thing there as well. Its a good park to fly kits as well.

So if you have family feel free to bring them with you. all kinds of room to run.

Now who has a grill they can bring? lol

Does the park not have grills by the tables or whatever normal parks have? I have a grill, but would need a truck to stop by and bring it to and from the meeting

They may but im not 100% sure. I will go take a look this weekend and maybe snap some pics while im there.

We occasionally do not have meetings at member houses just for some variety - especially as the weather starts warming up. It is entirely up to the member who volunteered to host the meeting to decide where to have it. If you do not like it, then please volunteer to host at your home.

Ok the meeting will be at the park. People can stop by after the meeting to see my set up if they want to. Not sure about the food on this short of a notice.

Since it is such short notice, why don't we just ask anyone coming to bring finger foods or chips, or something. Also, maybe bring drinks. If everyone who is attending will post what they are bringing, we should have plenty, right?

I think this is a good idea. If the weather does not cooperate we will have it at my place. As of right now I want to host it at the part so we can enjoy the fresh air and have plenty of room. After the meeting people are more than welcome to stop by the house to check out the setup.
