I do have three clowns, I was gonna get 1 and wife wanted a "nemo and marlin" as I did some research I found that 2 was a bad number for clowns so I got 1 extra. What I read was clowns are all born male and who ever is the largest in the school will become female. If you have just two they will fight till one dies ? So the number was 1 or 3 or more. Is this True ?

Its not a bad thought. I have never had a fight to the death thing. although it did get ugly a few times.

In my experience with clowns getting 2 worked best for me.  I ALWAYS made sure one was MUCH smaller and it always became the female.  I've had 3 before and had to remove one because they were going to fight to the death 2 on 1.  It will be interesting to see how yours does.  From the picture it looks like they are all about the same size? If that is the case it could be a potential problem.  Keep us posted!
