Also, you might've forgot in the mad scramble to fix what's wrong, but you will still have to increase alk and calcium manually, and also magnesium if necessary to keep the other two stable.  The reactor will keep things stable, but might not be able to raise the levels.
90g SPS and LPS reef tank, 35g sump, ceramic rock by The Alternative Reef, Neptune Apex w 2 X EB8's, Moonlight module, ATI Sunpower Dimmable 8 X 39W T5's, Octopus Extreme 160 skimmer, PM Kalkwasser Reactor, 2 X Vortech MP40's, Geo 618 Ca reactor

Various thriving montipora, acropora, stylopora, wellsophyllia, blastomussa, hammer, anchor, and frogspawn, lobophyllia, rhizotrychus, pavona, scroll, and pagoda SPS and LPS corals, but no fish because I was too stupid to QT...

From what I have read you need to raise your ca and alk to the proper levels with supplements then the reactor should be able to maintain the levels. From my experience coral bleaching is most of the time caused by alk and ph problems.

Dave when is the last time you have added Kalk to your reactor and how much did you add? I am thinking with your new larger tank you may need to go with a bigger reactor.
