Vendor booth reservation is now open. Same for earlybird hobbyists that would like to reserve a table. Although we have a large venue space is limited. We hit capacity last year and were not able to acomadate everyone so don't miss out. To reserve first check the blueprint here, pick your booth number and email it to Mike at worcreeffragswap@gmail.com. Yellow tables are earlybird and blue are vendors.

This years raffle grand prize is a 60 LED Orphnek lighting system donated by Gerbers Saltwater Warehouse.

Fragswapper will be open in a couple weeks. In the meantime start fragging those corals so they will be healthy when the swap rolls around.

I can't wait to come again this year.......I kind of got really lucky on the raffles last year and 5 out of 6 tickets won in the last sessions. It was to the point I was getting dirty looks from other reefers. It's even funnier as I'm fairly unlucky when it comes to this stuff and never get a winning ticket. I promise I won't win as much this year. :-)

I'm hoping to have some frags available as well, I need to clean out the frag tank!!!

How the Raffle works
At the swap there will be a staging area with several tables setup. The raffle items will be displayed on the tables along with a collection cup next to each item. Place your raffle tickets in the collection cups for the items you wish to win. The raffle tickets can be purchased at the swaps entrance where you pay admittance fee. When the raffle has started someone will mix up the tickets in the collection cup and blindly select one. If it is yours you win that item. The more tickets purchased the better your chances of winning and there is no limit to the number of items you can win. However you must be present to win.

How To Get 3 Free Raffle Tickets
In addition to purchasing raffle tickets you can obtain free tickets for posting items for sale on Fragswapper. For every three unique items you post on Fragswapper you will receive one free raffle ticket up to a maximum of 3 free tickets. Swap vendors are excluded from receiving free raffle tickets. Your tickets will be waiting for you when you arrive. Just tell the cashier your Fragswapper email address which is private to the public but we have access too

Note: A unique item on Fragswapper no matter how many "quantity" counts as one item. i.e. One item with quantity of nine is considered one item.

Saltwater Solutions has been getting some in. I think it's just origional, however I haven't really taken the take to look at it that closely. I would check with them if you can't find it any where else.

TOMORROW IS THE BIG EVENT!

Doors open at noon for general admission, and the raffle starts at 3:00. The address is 313 S. JEFFERSON DAYTON, OHIO 45402.

We are expecting an excellent turnout. Most of the live stock vendors have made special orders with their suppliers to bring in the most exotic and colorful corals.

Orpnek wanted me to let you know they are going to be bringing a bunch of inventory with some unbelievable pricingâ€¦. Here are a few items that will be available

Just wanted to say thanks to all the members and vendors that made the swap possible. I had a great time and was able to spend it with my grandson which made it even better. Sold a few and picked up a few nice corals, especially nice enchinata from akroncoral and some sweet frags from several club members, thanks again.

I came looking to fill up a 110 with larger corals, but didn't find too much. Did find a great deal on an amazing plate coral from rich(coral ranch) purple rim and purple mouth, and the rest was a very very unique grayish/blue color. I've never seen anything like it before and I love it. Also stocked up on pre filters and di resin from buckeye field. Zero shipping and ten percent off... Gotta love that! I did go a bit overboard on the raffle, gambled away $70 and got a hydrometer+a little salt(I had the only two tickets in that jar lol). All in all, I made out good, got a really unique plate, a water change, a hydro(I always drop them and break out that white circle), a convienant deal on ro supplies, and the dr fosters gift bag was great! $20 off, fish food for a month, and a bottle of CA.

Fisrt Frag Swap, this was soooo much fun

My son and I walked out with a nice plate coral, "Infinite Aquatics", a really nice Torch, "Reef Tools" and a lot of other nice frags. Wish we would have brought more money, LOL.. Thanks to everyone for getting this together.

Just wanted to thank the event organizers for the great day! Picked up a ton of frags from, and talked to, vendors and members, won a couple raffle items, and even ran into a couple of coworkers from almost 15 years ago! It was my first swap and had a lot of fun. If I would make one change it would be a request for those bringing frags - a sign with your fragswapper name is very helpful!

Thanks to the membership of Ohio Reef for putting on a great swap. Nine of us from Louisville (LMAS) were made to feel very welcome and a great time was had by all. A good variety of livestock and raffle items were offered by many hobbyists and vendors. Pricing was generous to the attendees, especially the food offered for sale. It was good to be able to buy a quality lunch for four or five dollars right there on site and my hot dog was huge and grilled perfectly. We will be back next year!
