I am willing to come give a hand on Friday.  It will be my first swap, but I can easily follow orders and move heavy things.

I will be there Friday at 5pm to help set up. I will also be there at 7am...if this is the correct time to be there for helping finish set up or help vendors. I will be there for the duration of the swap as well as for tear down and clean up.
