Possibly a Christmas Wrasse?

A lot of fish will change dramatically from juvenile coloration to adult....so if you're looking for an exact match...

...the coloration on your picture is why I chose the Christmas Wrasse

I agree on the Christmas Wrasse.  Awesome fish, but not always friendly and invert safe, so unfortunately I'm not willing to risk it in my new tank.  The couple I have seen at Joel's have always looked really good.  Congrats on the new fish.  :)

That is a Thalassoma quinquevittatum, I am not aware of a consistent common name for that fish. Sometimes sold under rainbow wrasse (but so it the mexican rock / rainbow wrasse) Also sold under red / green wrasse.

Pretty neat fish, not something I get real often, not regularly available. The christmas wrasse is a halichories specie I think
