camera (what kind)

Not sure how to adjust the white balance on my sony cyber-shot.

Ive noticed that  Lazy and some of others have great tank shots and I was wondering what type of camera is out there that will not break the bank (want to buy more fish stuff)  but allow good tank shots

You've seen my pix...and all I have is a Kodak Z7590 (it's about 3 years old now).  Mine aren't the best, but I think its more of the photographer learning his/her camera moreso than the camera.  Believe me, I'd love a nice Nikon, but it's not going to happen for quite some time...so until then, practice makes perfect.

for me the cyber-shot I just cant figure out the balance on color.  no matter what type of pic I take (or setting) it comes out looking to blue

Do you have the touch screen one?  Lindsey (Lmerba2) has a touchscreen cybershot and it has a flourescent lighting option that I think may change the white balance if I remember correctly.

I lucky to get to borrow my sisters D60 if I want to get good pictures.

now its an older cybershot (not that much older) maybe one generation behind the touch screen one.

I just need to get a new camera
