I had my first experience at Aquariums Etc. this past Saturday, and I've gotta say there were NO disappointments. My wife even noticed how well kept everthing was, and how healthy everything looked. This coming from someone who dreads going to the pet store because I spend to much money, and I am there all of the time. When I have needs in the future for anything relating to this hobby I will be sure to ask Joel at Aquariums Etc. first. All the newbies out there do yourselves a favor and take a trip.
