46 bowfront set-up for sale or trade

I'm finally deciding to sell the 46 bow. I have been hanging onto it for a while and decided that I'm not going to set-up both tanks.

Tank is a 46 bow front custom drilled for 3 1" bulkheads and a bean animal style overflow. (More on that http://www.beananimal.com/projects/silent-and-fail-safe-aquarium-overflow-system.aspx)
Stand is a black aquatic fundamentals powder coated wood stand.
Comes with 20 gallon tall sump (fits in stand perfect) and all the drain plumbing.

Tank stand and sump $200

Also have a Current USA Nova Extreme Pro 36" 6 x 39w T5 fixture with all new bulbs (Ati Blue plus, Aquablue specials, and fiji purple) $175

Finally the Aqua C EV-120 skimmer $175

Entire set-up for sale $500

So whats the deal? Plenty of people have looked but no interest? Is it priced too high? This is the first tank I have sold and not sure what is the going rate. I published everything at half price of what I paid for it.

I'll go even cheaper, I'd like this moved out of my storage area. $350 for whole set-up.
