Powder Blue and Feather Dusters
« on: May 11, 2006, 19:14:11 »
I have had my powder blue for over a year now.  I recently added 3 feather dusters and the PB won't leave them alone!  He constantly picks at them.  They rarely come out any more.

Has anyone else ever heard of this happening?  I'm just about ready to move them to the seahorse tank!

My powder blue did the same thing to some hitchhiker feather dusters in my system as well (i.e., killed them by constantly picking at them). Fan worms appear to be okay, but I would not place feather dusters with powder blue tangs . I don't know if this just applies to powder blues or other acanthurus tangs, like achilles, gold rim and powder browns as well.

Hmmm, interesting, thanks for the info...  Looks like they may be moving to the seahorse tank.   :'(
