Reflux bulbs from premium aquatics

I notice when I was looking at premium aquatics Reflux bulbs they mark them as Japan. I normally order my bulbs through hellolights.com and never noticed them marking the bulbs Japan. Does anyone know what the difference if any is?

I've bought from PA and other places.  None of my reeflux bulbs have a "Made in xxxxx" on them.  Not on the bulb and not on the package.
