Aqua-Medic 3000 question
« on: October 28, 2010, 09:52:53 »
How suitable is a Aqua Medic 3000 for feeding a calcium reactor?  I think 50ml/min.

I dont know anything about calcium reactors but That seems like a very expensive way to do it. The aquamedic is more of a precision dosing pump that typically only runs at a few intervals over a 24 hour period. Good for dosing three part.

I have found it is best to feed constant pressure into the reactor, then have a good needle valve on output to control the effluent rate.

I feed my reactor from my main circulation pump.
