What is this?
« on: February 05, 2011, 17:28:05 »
I just noticed this in my tank today.  I have had my 14 gallon up for a year, and this is the first time i have seen this.  It moves very quickly, and it disappered into the rock when i put a light on it.  It's a bad picture, sorry.

When you upload the picture you have to copy and paste the URL it gives back into the post. It is not very intuitive interface and I hope to replace it with something better soon. I added the picture you uploaded.

Your welcome. Back on your critter you got there. I have no idea what it is but I am betting that someone will see it and know.

It just a tube sticking out of the rock, right.

Probably a Peanut Worm.  No worries.

Sorry, forgot the pic.

So a peanut worm is what this is? I have recently discovered one in my rock. Worried that it may be harmful to future inhabitants.
