Title: Help with critter ID
Post by: jeremy on September 08, 2012, 14:56:06
Was rearranging rock and cleaning up some when I noticed this guy.  I think it's some kind of nudibranch, but what do I know. Any idea what it is and if it is friend or foe?

Thanks!!!

That's a Polyclad Flatworm....

Not good in a reef tank.   It will kill and eat almost anything.

Good picture; I'm glad you knew what it was Wall_Tank.

I have never seen one like that before. :P

I almost joked that it was just the mother of all flatworms. Heh.  Thanks for the speedy ID, I'll go do some reasearch.  I have it isolated in a tupperware container now.  Anyone want it?  I always thought it would be cool to have an "undesirables" tank, but I don't have the room atm.

Too bad you dont have the room; that would be a good start. I dont think I would be comfortable touching it.
