iodine vs iodide
«

I had planned on dosing some iodine for my xenia. However, I went to the store and noticed iodide and then I became confused (nothing new).
Is there a difference?
If I dose it will it affect my other levels?

I skimmed through the article and have decided that things were much easier when I was a kid and people told me what to do
.
Based on my skimming through the article I got the impression that it really is not a very certain thing to dose or not to dose.

Which is why I didn't tell you what to do.

Good Point.
I tell my students that similar thing all the time and they hate it. I guess it's revenge for all my students.
I hate it when that happens

To dose or not to dose that is the question, sounds like I heard that somewhere before. Did some old dead guy write that like 500 yrs ago? Some things never change.
