Yellow Clown Goby (Free to good home)

I cannot get this little Yellow Clown Goby, to eat. I have tried Flakes, Mysis, and frozen Reef Plankton. She developed a "pop-eye", that got well and now has what I think is a fungal infection. 
I really, would like to find her a good home, that may have better luck in her care! I would be happy to meet anyone, down at the I-70 Springfield exit 54.
