Title: Copper Question

I have a plastic bucket that had mixed saltwater with copper in it. It sat for several weeks. Should I be concerned with using that bucket for mixing saltwater? Is there any chance the plastic absorbed the copper and will leach it out into fresh saltwater? Or should I reserve it for waste use only?

The bucket itself won’t absorb/leech any significant amount of copper, just make sure there isn’t any scale from the mixed saltwater in the bucket.
