Ich, maybe.. maybe not?

I noticed a damsel today has this weird bubble looking thing on the tip of its pectoral fin.  It doesn't look like ich, because it looks too big.  I've feeding them everything with garlic and they're all eating normal and are fat.  Should I be worried?  I didn't see him with it yesterday, so it just came on today.  I'm paranoid my tang will get it if it is ich.  In case it is I hope my tang is healthy enough to fight it off.

my powder blue gets blotches on it fins from time to time and it takes care of it self, though not ich....

believe me if it is ich you should know immadiately its starts on the tips of the fins and right around the gills or that is what happened in my case all of my fish like  of them lol.
