It just starting looking like this a few days ago. He's not getting better. Sorry, pics aren't very good.

Maybe that glow in the dark spray paint is stressing it out!

A long shot but has it had a thick brown jelly substance coming from it?

Nitrite 0
PH 7.8
Phosphates .5
Calcium It went to purple at 36 drops. Never went to blue, I added 65 drops and it never changed.
KH 4 drops
Salinity 1.026

From recent experience

Nasty Phosphates @ .5 ... could be a major factor but will wait for others opinion

Yea, I've always had that reading on the phosphates. It's never been 0.

I gotta ask. What kind of test kit are you using?
PH is too low for 1.026 salinity and if that test on calcium is correct, calcium is off the chart and alk is low
Whats your mag reading?

Can you post your KH and Ca values? The number of drops don't represent the levels.
It is really tough to pinpoint the problem, could be many things. In addition to what others have suggested I will throw a couple of things out and let us know if any seem feasible

1.) To much light
2.) Stung by another coral
3.) Temperature fluctuations or to hot in general
4.) Depressed Alkalinity
5.) Placed near or on sharp rocks and when expanding damaged its tissue or underside leading to Bacterial infection

From the looks of all the coraline algae in your tank, something is off....possibly magnesium.

The test kit is API. It's only a few months old. I don't have a mag test. The KH would be 71.6
The calcium would be at 26 drops is 520. Mine turned purple at 36 drops. It was in the sand with nothing around it. The temp stays around 80-82.

I am not familiar with the API test kit. I use Salifert test kits
If your kit says 26 drops=520 and it did not change at 30 something drops, calcium is too high
You would do well to try another kit or another brand of ca test
you need to test for mag also
very important....keeps ca and kh in balance

I dose Iodine, Calcium, Coral-Vite and Strontium & Molybdenum once a week. I'll get a mag test this weekend.

General rule of thumb in reef chemistry. If you cant test for it, dont dose it

6. too little light, and not being fed to make up for it. 6months is right about the starving point for coral in low light. They can look like they are "growing" but they are just swelling to find food.

I will quit dosing till I get the params back to normal. I bought new lights in April. I'll do a couple of water changes this week.
