So what species of Anthias do you all look for and desire.

Yellow Anthias
Square Pink Anthias
Lyre-Tail
Dispar Anthias

in the past i have looked for squarespot, purple or lyretails.

l would do Bartlett's Anthias. They are the hardiest of the group.

I like the exotic colored ones...not sure the exact name, but DAMN are they pretty. As Rick said, the purples are cool too.
