For those of you who are not premium members on the site, let me tell you about some of the perks that you may be missing out on.

1. If you are new to the hobby and would like to do some research, we have a club library for our paid members to school you on many topics as well as help you learn about pests and algaes. 
2. Are you a new member who is having trouble with your water quality and would like help? Come to our meetings and take advantage of the water testing equipment. We will be happy to test your water and give you some advice on how to correct any problems. Another perk for paid members.
3. Our sponsors are some of the greatest people you can work with. They are friendly, knowlegable, and always willing to help. As a paid member you are also entitled to discounts that they may run for us as well as being eligible for the monthly meeting raffle. At each meeting, all paid members are entered into this raffle for a $25 gift certifcate to one of our sponsors.
4. Sometimes members will get together to do a group buy on supplies for your tanks, salt, and clean up crew. If you are a paid member, you too will be entitled to sign up for these sales.

The perks for being a paid member are well worth the cost of the membership. Even if you only win one gift certificate at a meeting, it pays for your membership plus some. It's a win win situation.
