Well, how big is your system, what GPH range are you looking for and is there an amount of power usage you want to stay under?

I have a 30 gallon tank so I dont need a huge pump... just something that will work with a sump that will be under the tank.... I also need a overflow if anyone has one?!

Are you looking for an overflow box?  I have a 600 GPH that I will sell for 20 bucks.  Has the inlet hose as well.  It is the U tube style.
