Hey everyone I am Nathan I am new here but not to the hobby , my first saltwater tank was a FOWLR 55g in 1998 it was beautiful now i have a 1 year old Sea Clear system 2 50g and to be honest i am not impressed with the filtration at all and have modified it. Now i am starting a 90 gal reef tak from the grond up. so any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Nathan..

What are you doing with the tank, fowlr, sps tank,softies , mix? there a lot of us that have been around the hobby for a long time here and will be more than glad to help answer your questions.

well thank you to all of you out there today i am finishing up my stand and canopy and paint or stain next not sure yet lol any way to answer some of the question i am using a 55g for a sump/refugium and the tank is an  older 90 gallon so i have a "eshhopes" overflow for it  i would like some ideas for the design of the sump and plumbing it all i have pics of my diy project and idea sketchups ill post of the sump for feed back this evening and i would like to do a mix tank with reef safe inverts and fish also i have a 25 tall i will be using as a quarintine tank ...
