I have a Prostar 230 available for $2,900. It was purchased new last year. It is in perfect condition. It comes with a custom made acrylic cover. I modified the stock sump and overflow to improve on the factory design.
The only thing required to get it running is return pump and lights. Also included is sand if you want it. It is up and running now. I just have a couple fish in it. Never got around to putting corals in.
New it is $4500 + $500 for custom cover. Save $2,100 by purchasing this one for $2,900

I also have an apex controller, apex cor return pump and trident that can be purchased optionally as well.
