Brother in-law was being stupid so i talked him into more fair deal on prices for resale.
He has about 250-350lbs of live rock that was purchased through gerbers and aquarium ect., sand was purchased from aquarium ect also. He has at least 100lbs of live sand.
Also my christmas gift from me to him was a canopy (clam style) fits a 90 gallon aquarium NEVER USED (not happy about that) but its unstained
