Title: QT tanks and equiment
Post by: pontiac2002gtp on January 28, 2009, 15:27:11
What's everyone running for there QT set-up.  I have a 44 gallon pentagon tank with a 20 gallon for a sump.  There is a euro reef rs80 skimmer emperor 280 filter and a 57 watt uv sterilizer running at 150 gallons per hour.  For lighting I have a 150 watt sunpod with moonlights.  There is a inch or so of sand and a couple live rocks.  I have been reading that you should completely drain and clean your QT tank between fish.  I don't see why you should tear down if your fish were healthy you would have to re-cycle your tank what do you guys think?  Here's a couple pics all the fish are from aquariums etc.
