Everything for sale
« on: December 23, 2010, 19:51:28 »
Cleaning out the house. Selling everything, including my 90 upstairs. Mostly just equipment. I'll list everything I have after Christmas. Only live things i have left are a large toadstool that I've fragged a ton and is very hearty, a small rock of zoanthids, and a small rock of three ricordia; and my live pukani rock. I'm not going to list prices. Just make me an offer if you'd like anything.

Skimmers and pumps...

Skimmers

Euroreef (rc100 I think)
  5" diameter reaction chamber
  22" tall
  Recirculating
  Newer style o-ring cup
  Drips a little
  Needs a new impeller
This worked the best out of the three I have when I was using it, it just needs fixed.

Euroreef - CS8
  8.5" diameter reaction chamber
  25.5" tall
Requires 2" clearance for removing old style collection cup
In sump skimmer, but could be modified
  Needs new impeller

Coralvue Octopus 200
  8" diameter reaction chamber
  25" tall
Requires 2" clearance for removing old style collection cup (I think)
  Needs new impeller

Return pumps

Mag pumps
  Mag3
  Mag5
4 Mag12s in great shape, 1 mag12 that needs it's wire repaired close to the pump.

Pan world (external only)
  50pxx
  30px

I also have a super charged 90 gallon tank up and running that I'd like to sell all together, but if I can't do that then I'll part out. As far as skimmer and pumps go...In that is an in sump euroreef skimmer rated for 80 gallons, a dart pump, and a pan world 50px.

Lots More to come later.

90 gal tank

-custom black solid wood stand with two doors and no annoying center brace
-90 gallon tank w/predrilled off set center overflow w/stand pipe (back painted black)
-euro reef rs 80 in sump skimmer.
-ocean motion 4-way 1 1/2" intake 4 1" outlets
-reef flow dart pump 3600 gph max flow
-reef keeper 2 controller (needs new temp probe)
-200 watt heater
-eSumps 36" acrylic reef sump w/filter sock
-two little fishes phosphate reactor with maxi jet feed pump
-3" thick sand bed (Carib sea sea floor special grade reef sand)
-live rock (pukani and other mixed Fiji live rock)
-aquatinics 48" T5 halide hood
Powder coated aluminum hood with two extenders legs
  Two 250 watt mogule halides
  Two 95 watt T5 bulbs
  Upgraded glass splatter shield
Two 4" Fans on the end of the fixture. Fans turn on and off with halides.
Fixture uses one combined ballast with cooling veins on the top.
Halides and T5 have independent controls.
-Pan world 50px return pump
-6 1" adjustable omni flex nozzles made by ocean motions in tank
-wavy sea oscillation return (motor does not operate was installed too low by me causing the electronics to fail due to water infiltration) still functions as an adjustable directional sump return.
-schedule 80 bulk heads 2-2", 6-1", 3-3/4"
- George Fisher AKA +GF+ True Union Ball Valves 1-2", 1-1 1/2", 4-1", 1 3/4".

Tank modifications

The tank back was custom drilled for multiple pipes. There is a 3/4 overflow drain drilled into the back wall of the overflow chamber. This is for safety incase something happens to the primary overflow this has it's own plumbing drain that dumps into the sump bypassing the stand pipe and filter sock.

There is a closed loop drilled in to the back of the tank. The loop starts with two 2" intakes drilled in the back wall. It returns with 6 1" returns.  There is an extra 3/4" drain in the back of the tank. This was placed there for water changes. In total there are 10 custom drilled holes in the back of the tank. All of the holes were professionally drilled with a carbide whole saw and speciallty drill press. Proper spacing came of the holes was well planned out as to not weaken the integrity of the tank.

There is around $1,000 in plumbing in this tank!
Total I have in this tank is about $5,000.
It's been running for about 4 years.

All decent offers will be considered.

Sump full of equipment

Not wanting to part out the tank setup at this time.

$1 per pound live rock:
I have some live rock and man made live rock for sale as well. This is not the pukani rock pictured.  It's been in my frag systems for several years full of good bacteria. $1 per pound for my man made rock and rock from frag systems.

Here are some pics of the live rock. The man made rock is called aragocrete. It's aragonite sand, crushed coral and cement molded into a rock. I did a workshop on this for the club several years back.
