No, but RedSea berlin and SeaClone do. Most of your newer skimmers are of a needlewheel type. The needlewheel pump makes the bubbles with the use of a air venturi. The venturi lets air into the intake of the pump, the needlewheel chops the air up into bubbles. The bubbles discharge into the reaction chamber and capture the protein on the skin of the bubbles as they rise. The cyclone skimmers for the most part are old technology,not as efficient, and limited on the amount of water they can effectively skim. I still have a RedSea Berlin skimmer on my small tank and it does ok, just not as good as my ASM G4x.
