hands and oils
« on: January 07, 2011, 11:23:36 »
What does everyone else do in the winter time when your hands are so dry they are falling off?  It seems like I always have to get intot he tank for something everyday, is there a product that is reef safe, that can help the hands?  Thanks.

I would use gloves when you are working in your tank. This will protect your hands and protect your tank.

I use Vaseline Men's lotion. I call it Motion (man-lotion :)) It drys quick, doesnt smell girly.  My face gets "ashy" bad in winter so i use it every morning.  Works good. :)

I go to the Dollar Store and get those yellow rubber gloves.  You get 2 pairs in a pack.

It absorbs quickly, so I have to keep applying it often...
