While you figure out your calcium reactor issue you can add some soda ash. If you want to stop by I can hook you up with some liquid Ca and Alk to bring it back in line.

You may need to adjust it if your levels are running low.

It should be able to come up with those numbers... they are linked, and you have room to increase both of them and they are both low

i have noticed that for some reason air stops the water comeing out of the reactor in the tube u think i should dubble up the water comeing out and the co2 going in so that it free flow better?

I had this problem when I ran my reactor at lower pressure.    Meter the water leaving the reactor, this create pressure in the chamber, making flow more reliable.   You may need to increase your regulator pressure to compensate.

Are you controlling the ph of the reactor chamber?

There's a plastic cover over the adjustment screw most times.  Usually a maker's logo on it.

Are you talking about a needle valve on the CO2 or a needle valve on the water feeding into the sump?

If this is a pic of your actual regulator, that three-lobed knob controls the gas pressure.  That's the "adjustment screw", in your case.  When I set up my ca reactor, I used this link : http://reef.diesyst.com/chemcalc/chemcalc.html and click on the CA Reactor Help icon.
