New and need help

I have had my tank for 3 week and just added Chaeto and found theses things in it.

Welcome to the club.  Looks normal to me.  Pods and all sorts of creaturs will appear they are good for the system.  Mines full of pods and brittle stars.

Welcome!  Those are Digitate Hydroids.  I don't think I've seen a saltwater aquarium without them.  They're very common, and for the most part, pose no problem.  Some people say they will irritate/sting nearby corals, but most of the people I know say they've never had an issue with them.
