Where in that tank is your chalice located?

Right now, and for the past couple of weeks, it's on the frag shelf in the corner, mainly under the LEDS, about 8 inches down.

I would recommend moving that particular chalice down lower in the tank away from the softies where there is some good mild flow. Somewhere between mid tank and the sand bed. Sounds to me from what you have said it is suffering from from diminished water flow.
