ALL Must GO OR THEY GO TO THE LANDFILL
I have boxes. These are not ProPak. They are from another company called Packaging Products Corporation (PPC). I eventually went with these because I could find the size and wall thickness that I wanted. The large boxes have a great tongue & Groove lid.
I have two sizes.
9.5" x 10.5" x 11" 3/4" wall thickness.

10" x 13.75" x 17" 1" wall thickness 1.5" tongue & Groove sealing lid.
12 quantity
All measurements are the outside dimensions of the cardboard outters.
I found that the really small boxes did not do well for shipping. You had two little air mass for the heat pack and the wall thickness is too thin to regulate temperature well.
I also have bags 4 mil thick packs of 100 $5 per 100
8"x 15", 7"x 10", 6"x 10", 5"x 10", 5"x 6"
as well as gusseted box liners large enough to fit inside the small boxes. 300 for $5
heat packs
20,30,40 hour heat packs $0.50 each
8 oz ice packs $0.50 each
