I was looking back at my thread and noticed I haven't posted pictures of the display tank for about a year. Not a lot has changed but growth has been good and I am happy with the way things are filling in.

Definitely filling in looks really nice Brian. I have been struggling with my corals and getting the new tank set up but those pics give me some inspiration.

Added a Moorish Idol and Powder Blue Tang. They are a bit thin coming out of Quarntine. Hopefully they fatten up over next few months with heavy feedings.

Surprisingly well. The new fish were in the acclamation container for about 3 days so everyone could get antiquated. I let them loose last Wednesday and they seem to be getting along good.

Lovely new fish, I hope they're settling in okay.

Looking at pics of your tank keeps me inspired to keep persevering with mine.  Everything looks amazing!

PAR Readings Nov 2014 - 2x 400w 20k Metal Halide + 120w LED in center. Some corals are large which is why the PAR fluctuates so much from one end of the coral to the other. Low being the lowest recorded PAR hitting any of the coral branches and High is the highest recorded PAR on any of the branches. Sweet Spot is where I think the coral would do best. In many cases it is a guess based on the PAR the coral is in and the colors it is exhibiting or from lighting experiments with the coral in the frag tank.

AVG Parameters

Brain,
That's quite the set up and great info on your PAR/parameters. Would like to set up a time if your available to come swing by and check out my system and chat about some small issues I've had. Would be happy to donate a frag or two for your time.   :)   PM me if your interested.
