Acan Problem

I got an acan at the swap from Paradise Corals.  It looked great when I got it, but is now receding.  Any advice as to what to do for it?

Check your alk.  Everytime I get stn it is almost always alk issues.  How is the slimmer doing in the same conditions?

I know tha acans can be sensitive to high light levels. Is it getting too much light? What kinda flow do you have it in?

My Alk is high, always has been.  The slimer is doing good. I have it in the sand bed.  lower flow.  I had it in higher flow but thought that was the problem so I moved it to lower flow.

I had the same thing with a acan from the swap Sunday and all level check out not sure on the vendor all other acan look great and everything else in the tank

Just got home and looked I would say its 100% dead it looked great sat even took a pic I'm lost on what happens

I have found out when it comes to acans, lower and less light, however to be receeding like you say sounds like something is nipping at it, I know angels and file fish are bad at it.
